"Ashtanga Inspired Flow" is a dynamic and structured practice that blends the tradition of Ashtanga with a modern, fluid approach. Through breath-synchronized sequences, it enhances strength, flexibility, endurance, and focus, fostering a deep connection between body and mind.

From the centre of San Vigilio (Church), at the intersection take the right turn on Strada Fanes and continue for about 400m (0.2mi), then turn left on Strada Catarina Lanz and you arrive at the Park after 100m (0,06mi)
