At the Erlebnistherme Naturns, you can enjoy hours of well-being and let yourself be pampered.
Strengthen your immune system in the Finnish sauna and experience the invigorating coolness of the plunge or Kneipp pool. The steam bath will pamper your respiratory tract, and afterwards you can take a deep breath and recharge your batteries in the spacious outdoor area with its thermal cold pool.
The relaxation area invites you to unwind with comfortable sauna loungers, cosy water beds and a large glass front. Enjoy the view of the vineyards, Hochnaturns Castle and the striking peaks of the Texel Group – pure relaxation guaranteed!
Please note: For hygienic reasons, the saunas, steam bath and thermal cold pool may only be used without clothing
Except on Thursday (ladies' sauna from 15:00 to 17:00), the sauna is shared by both men and women.
