The farmstead Bauer am Stein was built several centuries ago on a rock "Stuan" above Völlan/Foiana and offers a beautiful view of the Etschtal valley. Over the past decades, the mountain farm has developed into a modern agricultural operation with several branches: fruit farming, keeping dairy goats and chickens, a farm tavern, and its own vineyard. During a visit to the farm tavern, guests are served by Karin Kofler Frei, "Farmer of the Year 2023."

• Farm specialties: baked goat cheese balls, speck carpaccio, kid or lamb roast with Traminer cornmeal, farm-style liver cheese with potato salad, beetroot dumplings with cheese heart, apple-speck pastry pockets, farm aperitif made from grapes
• Strauben, strawberry dumplings, goat yogurt panna cotta with apple sauce
• Farm tour: goat barn visit with subsequent butter-making, at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
• Craft corner for children
