Walking along the ancient waterways

The watercourses in the low mountains, originally used to irrigate the fields in the valley, are known as the Waal, and today the traisl along this ancient irrigation channels are popular sites for walking. In the Passeiertal Valley, there are four Waalwege trails – hiking trails without steep inclines. The walking time is between 1 ½ and 3 hours.
