  • Our mission is to offer our customers fine, regional, top-quality products. We also aim to provide new marketing opportunities to local farmers and motivate them with regards to the concept of bio-diversity. This particular way of thinking is of great impotance from our point of view. Qur ides is to solve one of the elementary problems faced by the Val Martello fruit farmers in that, if it rains or the air is damp when their fruit is ready to be picked, their strawberries and other berries resist a maximum of two to three days before the quality of the fruit suffers and price fall. This is where Seibstock Manufatur can help: we freeze the ripe fruit immediately after it has been picked and the use it later as required for our delicious jams, syrups cordials and various other products.
