Hotel Gartner

The ‘Gartner’ has a considerable role to play among the leading gourmet addresses in South Tyrol. The young squad headed by Toque-awarded chef Daniel Niedermair inspires hotel guests with a very contemporary and exceptionally creative cuisine, prepared using regional produce. Our guests dine either in the winter garden restaurant ‘The view’, in the dining hall ‘The Taste’ or in ‘The Stube’.
