Moderate terrain cure route from Parcines Waterfall via Tabland and the Partschinser HöhenwegTrail back to Partschins.
The climatic terrain cure combines performance-adjusted walking, endurance training and outdoor exposure. Controlled walking strengthens the cardiovascular system, improves respiration and stimulates metabolism.
Terrain Cure Trail 4 offers alternating forest sections and open panoramic high-level paths with varied climatic stimuli.
The "Terrainkur" trails in Partschins/Parcines have been certified by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Partschins Waterfall – Tabland – Partschinser Höhenweg Trail – forest road – Saxner farm – Partschins
The tour starts at Partschins Waterfall. From there, follow the forest trail to Tabland.
Continue along the Partschinser Höhenweg trail and a forest road towards the Saxner farm above Algund. Shortly before the farm, a left turn leads back down to Partschins.
The route alternates between shaded woodland and exposed panoramic sections.

Landscape & Requirements
Shaded mixed forest sections (approx. 20% woodland) alternating with sunny, open stretches (approx. 50%). Forest roads, hillside paths and mountain trails at mid-altitude with pleasant air circulation and fine views.
Due to the narrow sections of the Parcines High Trail, sure-footedness is required.
The starting points of our hiking tours can be reached comfortably and in an environmentally friendly way by bus and train.
