Val d’Ultimo/Ultental Valley boasts a 25-kilometer-long cross-country ski track and is therefore a popular destination for cross-country skiers. The trail runs from the village of Pracupola/Kuppelwies to San Nicolò/St.Nikolaus and Santa Geltrude/St.Gertraud at the Stilfser Joch National Park.
Cross-country skiers can enjoy the easy ascents and variety the trail has to offer. It slopes through snow covered forests and meadows, passing by beautiful old farmhouses.
Cross-country skiing for children age six years and under is free.
