LanaLive - Anima periferica

Vernissage with a music performance by the Lab Elettroacustico of the A. Vivaldi Music School.

"Anima Periferica" is conceived as a photographic journey through various peripheral areas of Italy – the so-called aree periferiche ed ultraperiferiche – far from the major urban centers.
The project explores the aesthetic and social dimensions of the periphery, searching for what exists in places where seemingly "nothing" is to be found.
In the former Piazzi store in Niederlana, the photographs from Emilia-Romagna by Federico Campana and the poetic-narrative texts by Cornelia Schöpf engage with the question of what happens to public space when it loses its basic structures – shops and local businesses.

The opening on Saturday, May 17th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm will feature a music performance by the Lab Elettroacustico from the A. Vivaldi Music School, based on the works of John Cage.
