Forest as an energy source
(in German & Italian)
A walk in the woods has been proven to reduce stress, strengthen the immune system and heart and promote well-being. Movement trainer Evi accompanies you and shows you how you can do great exercises for your core, back and torso with the help of soft moss, gnarled roots and resinous trees - to really calm down. True to the motto:
deceleration for new energy.
Target group: Old and young, big and small, fit and those who would like to become fit - all are very welcome
