Traditional riding tournamend in Frassinetto

The Verschneid Volunteer Fire Brigade is organising the traditional Verschneider Ritt, followed by a fire brigade festival. Riders and riding groups will demonstrate their skills in various games – ring jousting, shingle jousting and slalom.

Saturday: Training sessions and, at 5 pm, the start of the individual competition, followed by entertainment with a DJ and a marquee

Sunday: 10.30 am – festive procession with the Mölten brass band from Verschneid to the Schnappboden fairground; 11.30 am – start of the games and fire brigade festival.
This will be followed by the prize-giving ceremony and the raffle.

By car
From Munich in approximately 3,5 hours via the motorway (Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck-Brenner) until you come to the motorway exit Bozen Süd, you take the carriage way Meran-Bozen, to reach the villages Terlan take the second exit, from Terlan take the mountain road to Mölten.
By train and bus
On the Munich-Innsbruck-Verona line to Bozen, where all trains stop. Bus station is very near the station. where buses go to all villages in Bozen's surrounding area.
