What a Taste: Making Dumplings on the Alpine hut
Cooking South Tyrolean dumplings on the Moschwald Alm (In German & Italian)
Elisabeth from the Moschwald Alm in Hafling has the right knack and is happy to share her knowledge with you. Together you will prepare South Tyrolean dumplings in the traditional way. The location offers a special ambience: the Moschwald Alm, which is nestled between forest and meadows at 1,750 metres above sea level.

Where: Moschwald Alm, Hafling (hikes from Falzeben approx. 1 hour)
When: 10.30 - 12.00 hrs
Price: €15.00 for adults (without apron); €30.00 for adults incl. blue Tyrolean apron; €9.00 for children (3-9 years) without apron; €21.00 for children (3-9 years) incl. blue Tyrolean apron
Number of participants: min. 4 persons
Registration: online at hafling.com or by 4.00 pm the day before at the Hafling information office
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for the purpose of documenting and promoting the event and the area. The recordings may be used and published on websites, in social networks and in the media in compliance with data protection regulations.
Approach
From the Falzeben car park in Hafling via path no. 51 (with a short, safe steep section) - hike for approx. 1 hour to the Moschwald Alm.
Alternatively, hike from the Nusser car park in Hafling (above the information office) via path no. 15 for approx. 1 1/2 hours to the Moschwald Alm.
The hike can be organised individually, the meeting point for the event is directly on site at the Alm.

The ticket can be cancelled free of charge until 4 p.m. the day before. After this deadline, the full amount will be retained.
