Concert: Volxrock

Heavy metal at Wacken and traditional folk music in beer tents – Volxrock can rock both. The South Tyrolean band combines powerful rock and heavy metal with sounds of nature and traditional folk melodies. The result is an anarchic mix that breaks all the rules and gets both young and old
audiences moving. Their explosive live shows have become a trademark of the new folk music scene. VOLXROCK are: Christian Gartner (lead vocals, guitar, trumpet), Michael Weger (drums, guitar), Marco Egger (guitar, backing vocals), Werner Gartner (accordion, bass, backing vocals).

From the train station, the most convenient option is to board one of the city lines (1 or4) to reach the "Meran, Theaterplatz" stop, followed by a 5-minute walk.
