A harmonious and atmospheric extension of our MM concept, which offers creatives and makers, connoisseurs and world travellers,
lovers and friends a still point in a hectic world - in a charismatic style and panoramic location high above the city of Merano.

The new property is being built just a few steps away from the MIRAMONTI. As a sustainable climate house with geothermal energy
and divided into three individual units. Each individual house will have a Finnish wood-fired sauna and a "Wim Hof" cold pot on the private terrace.
