The special thing about this holiday apartment: the great panoramic view, which is a little different in every living room or bedroom of the apartment. A vacation with a lot of peace and quiet, a view and without should and must.
The 3 room apartment offers cozy, modern living comfort and is located on the top floor of a new building in the very popular part of Schenna, near Merano. The apartment can be reached barrier-free from the associated private and free garage parking space via an elevator on the 2nd floor. Bus connection via Merano, among others, is available within walking distance. Children's travel cot, high chair and baby bathtub available free of charge on request. Also pets on request, additional costs to be taken into account. Bicycles or e-bikes can be connected to the garage parking space and, after consultation, also charged.

Dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee machine, induction hob, oven, refrigerator with large 40l freezer compartment, microwave, cooking and baking utensils, kettle, electric hand mixer, mixer / wand, vacuum cleaner, cleaning agents, tea towels and washing-up utensils.

For our little ones: high chair and baby bath available on request. Books, DVDs and board games are available.

Both bedrooms have electric shutters for full blackout and floor-to-ceiling patio doors facing south-west. Bed linen and towels are provided.
