In Völlan, 600 metres above sea level above Lana, lies the modern architect-designed Residence Plattwies, which houses four flats. The flat on the first floor can be rented out as a short-term rental or for a longer holiday stay. The high-quality construction as a climate house has been thought through down to the smallest detail to maximise living comfort. Great importance was attached to the use of ecological building materials. The exterior of the house has soothing, warm brown colours and is located in the middle of an agricultural environment close to the edge of the forest with a garden, fruit trees and a small vegetable plot.
The flat:
The south-east facing, 55 m² flat for 2 (to 3) people is furnished with oiled oak floors and furniture. Natural lime colours on the interior walls and untreated larch windows support the natural indoor climate. The spacious eat-in kitchen is designed with plenty of natural light, appealing colours and a worktop made of Siusi basalt.
Geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system make the flat almost completely energy self-sufficient. The underfloor heating ensures the right temperature all year round. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle).
Sleeping in a natural wood bed:
A spacious, cosy bedroom with a double bed (bed, slatted frame and mattresses from ‘Grüne Erde’) and a solid wood chest (Team 7) rounds off the ecological ambience.
Spacious and fully equipped kitchen:
A large, natural oak table, the kitchen block made of Siusi basalt and the high-quality kitchen invite you to linger and make not only eating, but also its preparation a pleasure.
Colourful bathroom:
A spacious and modern bathroom with shower, WC and bidet offers every comfort for a short holiday or a longer stay

Temporary living:
You can rent the exclusive and fully equipped Plattwies flat for a period of one to six months. As an oasis of well-being after a day's work or as a temporary home in search of new perspectives.
Workation at its best:
If you have to work during your holiday, then it's best to do it here: in beautiful surroundings, with super-fast internet and to balance it out, a mountain bike tour or one of the many mountain peaks in the area.
