The Alpiana has a car park with a gravel surface, which is connected to the main entrance via an external, steep access path. There are various massage and treatment rooms in the wellness centre: there are steps here, but these can be avoided by using an alternative entrance. There is also a step inside the massage rooms and the fitness centre. The sauna on the ground floor and the panoramic sauna on the roof are easily accessible, either by lift or via an accessible ramp. The garden with the large swimming pool is accessible via the wellness area and using an external ramp. To reach the sunbathing lawn, a step must also be overcome here. The indoor pool is connected to an external pool and a salt bath. This heart-shaped pool is for adults only and can be reached via a few steps.
