The properties are equipped with high-quality parquet flooring and has a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5-6 people. The entire apartment is modern to ensure an absolute feel-good factor and is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the communal outdoor area of the accommodation you will find a covered and an open terrace, a garden as well as a pool, which invites you to refresh yourself on warm summer days. There is also a private balcony where you can start the day with a cup of coffee. Furthermore, children can enjoy hours of fun in the property's playground. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Merano can be reached in 11 km or 13 minutes by car, and small selection of restaurants as well as a supermarket are within walking distance (approx. 500 m). The city of Bolzano is 26 km away (or a 30-minute drive by car) and is perfect for a day trip. In winter you can take a trip to the ski area Merano 2000 (15 minutes by car or 10 km away).
