The new Schwemmeregg Chairlift

Getting fit for the future!

On December 14th, the Schwemmalm ski area kicks off the 2024/2025 winter season with a brand-new, state-of-the-art 6-seater chairlift.

Even more comfort on the Schwemmalm!

Our aim is to provide our guests with an even greater selection of comfortable lifts and a diverse range of slopes on the mountain. The new detachable 6-seater chairlift by Doppelmayr, featuring protective weather hoods, has a capacity of 2,200 passengers per hour and a ride time of just 3 minutes and 54 seconds. This ensures even more comfort, higher quality, and greater skiing enjoyment for everyone. Additionally, the ski area is expanding with a wider slope at the exit of the Mutegg lift, specially designed for beginners and less experienced skiers.

Our commitment to sustainability!

We continually invest in quality improvements and expanding our offerings, always considering the aspect of sustainability. With the construction of the new chairlift, we've achieved not only an enhancement in quality but also a significant advancement in environmental friendliness. The modern 6-seater chairlift replaces both the 4-seater lift from 1997 and the 3-seater lift from 1991. Moreover, the new facility operates at a significantly lower noise level compared to the aging lifts.

Ready, set, ski!

With the new Schwemmeregg lift, the slopes at Schwemmalm are more varied than ever:

• NEW: Mutegg – The long-awaited new red slope on Mutegg is finally here! For those seeking an adrenaline rush, the black slope is now even     more exhilarating.
• Blue and red slopes – Wide, gentle terrains ideal for all age groups.
• Black slopes – For the adventurous: challenging runs with exciting twists and turns.
• NEW: Freeride Route – Explore untouched nature off the groomed trails!
