Surrounded by meadows, our farm is located above the valley road on the sunny side of the Ulten Valley, between St. Pankraz and St. Walburg. Thanks to its central location, the Mitterbirbach Farm is an ideal starting point for hikes and activities in the Ulten Valley. Excursions to Merano and Bolzano, or along the road to the Hofmahdjoch, to Proveis, and into the Non Valley, are also easily accessible from here. We keep cows, each of which has a name and its own personality and provides us with delicious milk. We also have free-range chickens, ducks, and cats, so there’s never a dull moment. It’s a paradise for children and a nature experience for everyone. Around the house, there are several seating areas surrounded by greenery and flowers, offering impressive views of the mountains. Guests can enjoy nature there, read at their leisure, sunbathe on a lounge chair, or share a meal together at the table. They consist of 1 to 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The “Pumbach” bus stop is not far away, and if you prefer to travel by car, you’ll find parking available here.
