In Ultental Valley, there are not only
hiking trails waiting to be explored, but also many other
exciting tourist attractions and destinations, which can always be combined with a hike in beautiful surroundings. Particularly worth seeing are the
small church of St. Moritz on the sunny slope of the valley and the
St. Helena church, which lies on a widely visible forest hill in Ultental.
The
ruins of Eschenlohe Castle are perched on a ridge just before the village of S. Pancrazio/St. Pankraz. Although the ruins can only be visited from the outside, they are well worth a visit. The former tower of the castle is clearly visible on the road leading to the Ultental Valley.
