This easy hike is recommended for all those who enjoy a pleasant walk in beautiful natural surroundings. The Verdins cable car makes the climb easier.
This leisurely mountain hike from Verdins to Oberkirn including cable car ascent starts at the mountain station of the Grube chairlift. From here follow marked trails no. 2 and 8A as far as Klammeben. Following the flat trail (no. 40), the route heads in a southerly direction to the Stafellhütte. After a rest in the serviced mountain hut, bear right along trail no. 7 back towards Grube and along the steep track no. 2 to Oberkirn again.
