Garden Nights World Music Festival 2024: Loreena McKennitt

The Canadian singer and songwriter is coming back to Italy this summer to celebrate the 30th anniversary of "Mask and Mirror".

Published in 1994, "The Mask and Mirror" has been described as "timeless and transcendent" and praised for its intercultural blend of Celtic, Spanish, and Moroccan influences, making it undoubtedly one of McKennitt's most beloved works. McKennitt herself speaks of it as follows: "This album has been a historical and musical pilgrimage for me, and I am thrilled to bring it back to the stage during the summer tour in Europe. This is a significant anniversary in my career, and I look forward to celebrating it." In composing it, Loreena claims to have followed various inspirations and considered some questions that resonate throughout history: "Who was God? What are religion and spirituality? What has been revealed and what hidden, what was the mask and what was the mirror?"

Neither reduced admission prices nor the summer evening ticket apply to the concert evenings; the season ticket and mini season ticket also do not entitle the holder to attend the concert. The concerts take place outdoors and in any weather conditions, seating for the audience is not covered. There is no guarantee of seating.
