Kaiserschmarrn is good! Cooking it is really easy, as long as you keep a few tricks in mind. In this cookery course, farmer Brigitte from Avelengo reveals the recipe for a delicious Kaiserschmarrn and shows children the tricks to achieve a fluffy result on the plate, so that they can easily recreate it at home. With Brigitte, you will not only learn the recipe for the original South Tyrolean Kaiserschmarrn, but you will also have a special farm experience, as farm products, such as eggs, are harvested fresh from the henhouse! Parents are of course also very welcome can graze a little bit of the tasty Kaiserschmarrn.

Take bus no. 225 from Merano in the direction of Falzeben/Avelengo. From the Viertl stop, it's about a 5-minute walk to the Tschitthof farm.

The ticket can be cancelled at no extra cost until 4 p.m. on the previous day. After this deadline, the full amount will be retained.

The price includes supervision of the children by Brigitte, and all the ingredients needed to prepare the Kaiserschmarren.
