The South Tyrol Sustainability Label assesses tourism accommodation providers against around 100 criteria. These cover a wide range of operational areas, including energy and resource management, regional procurement, business organisation, and social, cultural and structural aspects. The label is designed as a development framework that supports businesses in continuously improving their sustainability practices.
