The GASTHOF rooms deal with elements of inn culture, while the LUC designer rooms emphasise space, light and minimalistic design furniture. Open all year, the Hotel-Restaurant CERVO combines the fine cooking of the Nonsberg tradition with South Tyrolean natural cuisine, and the aromas and essences from the forest to a harmonious culinary experience. In the Cervo Bistro and in the outdoor dining area, our summer lunchtime guests enjoy traditional yet light mediterranean dishes.
