You&Me Relax Apartment   

Cozy and intimate apartment in a new building. From the terrace a breathtaking view of the South Tyrolean mountains and valleys. It is ideal for couples (even with children) and for those who want to relax after days of immersion in nature or sports. Near the bus stop for the ski resorts of Merano 2000, for Merano and Bolzano.

The "You&Me Relax Apartment" is a space of tranquility and warm intimacy, with bright environments, thanks also to its large panoramic windows. Among the comforts offered are TV, free wifi, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen-living room (crockery, various utensils, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, normal and microwave oven, toaster, electric juicer, dishwasher, small wine cellar, fridge), drying rack for clothes, iron and ironing board.

On our terrace it is possible to have lunch in the corner with table and chairs or watch unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, comfortably seated on large armchairs, from which to admire the view of the South Tyrolean mountains and valleys with breathtaking scenographic effects. Here it is also possible to taste one of our oenological proposals, choosing from some types of wines (mostly locally produced) from the small wine cellar in the living area.

In front of the apartment there is a space (which can be accessed with a key) where you can store your skis in the winter. Two private parking spaces is provided, included in the price.

The apartment is housed in a building (the Panorama Residence) of recent construction and certified CasaClima Nature, a protocol that evaluates a building not only for its energy efficiency but also for the impacts on the environment, health and well-being of the people who live there.
