What a delight - the smoked meats of the Obertimpflerhof

Guided tour of the Obertimpflerhof farm (in German & Italian)

Fresh mountain air, plenty of free range and GMO-free feeding ensure that the pigs at the Obertimpflerhof farm in Vöran feel completely at ease. ‘That's the secret to the outstanding quality of our meat,’ says farmer Franz with conviction. This is processed into delicious bacon and sausage products using traditional methods on the farm.
Guided tour of the stables, production and maturing rooms with all sorts of interesting facts about farming and processing on the farm - followed by a tasting session with farmer Franz.


Start: at 10.30 am at the Obertimpflerhof in Vöran, Vöranerstraße 90/1
Duration: until approx. 12.30 pm
Cost: € 17.00 for adults, € 8.00 for children (6-13 years)
Number of participants: min. 6 people in total, limited number of participants

Approach
Take the MEBO (Meran-Bozen motorway) to the Meran Sud exit, then head towards Meran, turn right ütowards Hafling and continue to Vöran. Continue in the direction of Mölten until you reach the artisan zone. Turn right 150 metres after the artisan zone. At the end of the small road is the Obertimpflerhof.
