Moser Speckworld

For generations family Moser dedicated themselves to the production of speck, the most tipical of all South Tyrolian dishes. Just recently they established a museum fully dedicated to Speck, its history, how it has been produced throughout the centuries. Of course you also get to chance to taste different kinds of meat and in the shop to bring home a piece of South Tyrol
