With great passion and joy, Gabi Haas dedicates herself to her traditional farmhouse garden. From high-quality herbs and fruits she creates flower and herb salts, refreshing flower syrups, fruit preserves, chutneys, dried fruits, apple juice, apple cider vinegar and a sweet-and-sour salad dressing made from apple cider vinegar and honey.
