The Niedersteinhof farm in St. Leonhard in Passeier is the only farm in South Tyrol that offers organic and certified mountain meadow hay for wellness. The plant diversity of the mountain meadow hay, ecologically protected growth at 2,000 feet, and the gentle means of harvesting and processing, all make our hay products unique natural gifts with maximum efficacy.
