And we serve local specialities, such as filled pasta mezzelune (Schlutzkrapfen), tagliatelle made from spiced rye flatbread (Schüttelbrotbandnudeln), dumpling trio (Knödel-Tris) and steak from Laugen cattle from the Ulthental.
