Do you know why waste accumulates in nature? The primary reason for this is, of course, the habit of people leaving their trash behind. Due to the climatic conditions in our mountainous landscape, the decomposition processes of waste also occur extremely slowly, and some types of waste do not decompose at all. This not only disrupts the plant life but also poses the risk of injuries to people and animals from litter lying around.
Therefore, we appeal to you to follow the following advice for a clean environment:
- Do not leave anything in nature.
- Pack only the essentials in your backpack.
- Bring back what you take to the mountains when you return home.
- Separate and dispose of waste carefully when you are back home.
And remember: The best waste is the one that doesn't generate in the first place!
