Al Waldnerhof di San Genesio, Georg Untertrifaller coltiva con passione una vasta gamma di verdure fresche. Dall’insalata alle carote, zucchine, pomodori e cavolfiori, fino a broccoli, finocchio e diversi tipi di cavoli – tutto viene coltivato con metodi stagionali e rispettosi della natura.
