Al Waldnerhof di San Genesio, Georg Untertrifaller coltiva con passione una vasta gamma di verdure fresche. Dall’insalata alle carote, zucchine, pomodori e cavolfiori, fino a broccoli, finocchio e diversi tipi di cavoli – tutto viene coltivato con metodi stagionali e rispettosi della natura. Da luglio a novembre, il raccolto garantisce freschezza e genuinità. Tschögglberg lokal è anche questo: filiera corta, produzione trasparente e gusto autentico.
