Plan your bike tours individually and start from any point you like – with our
bike shuttles this is very easy.
A shuttle minibus runs two to three times a week to
Glurns or Graun at Lake Resia. From here, the Adige Cycle Path follows the Via Claudia Augusta for around 60 kilometres to Naturns, passing historic cultural sites and fruit orchards. Along the way, at various train stations, you can always switch from bike to train and return to Naturns on the Vinschgau railway.
Alternatively, on Mondays or Thursdays you can enjoy a leisurely cycling tour along the
Vinschgau cycle path to Merano and then continue to
Lake Kaltern (approx. 56 km). Our bike shuttle will pick you up on the access road to Lido St. Josef at Lake Kaltern and bring you back to Naturns.
We also offer a bike shuttle from
St. Martin in Passeier back to Naturns every Friday. From Naturns you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to the spa town of Merano. From the thermal spa square (Thermenplatz), the route continues east through Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. The path is mostly flat with gentle inclines, allowing you to fully enjoy the beautiful landscape along the Passeier cycle path (19 km). The refreshing air of the Passer River accompanies you along the entire route to St. Leonhard. There, the MuseumPasseier, with its unique exhibits and valuable witnesses to Tyrolean history, invites you to take a short break before heading back to St. Martin, where our bike shuttle will be waiting to take you and your bike comfortably back to Naturns.
And for those who prefer to avoid the narrow mountain roads, we also offer a solution: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a bike shuttle takes you to the
Kreuzbrünnl parking area, or alternatively on Tuesdays and Saturdays to the Schartegg parking area. Both locations are ideal starting points for mountain bike tours on the Nörderberg mountain.
Information and booking are available online, at the Naturns tourist office or at your accommodation.
