Our apartment, which was newly renovated in 2023, is located right in the center of Meran. It is within a few minutes walking distance from the various amenities that the town has to offer, including the romantic old town, the shops and restaurants of the "Lauben" arcades, the thermal baths, the numerous promenades, the Christmas market, weekly farmers' markets, the wine festival and the Kurhaus congress building. The fully furnished apartment can host up to 4 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. There are also two televisions, Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as pillows, quilts, bedding, bath towels and more. Our private, lockable garage in the same building offers space for a car and/or bicycles. Despite the proximity to the center, our apartment is quiet and relaxing thanks to its courtyard orientation. Our balcony offers a view of our own park, the mountains and Kallmünz Castle. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
