Discover our delicious South Tyrolean specialties! Enjoy our freshly baked pretzels filled with high-quality South Tyrolean speck – a true delight! Our Merano sausages are served with fresh bread and cooked sauerkraut.
For a perfect experience, we offer a flavorful goulash soup and a creamy sauerkraut soup topped with crispy croutons. Try our spinach spatzle with cream and ham or the tender dumplings with alpine cheese on a marinated cabbage salad. Filled crepes with spinach and "Tella" cheese, as well as beef goulash with Kalterer polenta, will also delight you.
To sweeten your experience, we recommend our homemade apple strudel or sweet crepes with hazelnut cream. We also serve warm mulled wine, hot apple punch, hot chocolate, and a selection of South Tyrolean wines and freshly tapped beer – a feast for the senses from South Tyrol that you won’t want to miss!
