We could be called the "Good Vibes Spot" – a meeting place for friends, strangers and food lovers. Here, a lively group of young, motivated individuals comes together, all filled with passion for the South Tyrolean gastronomy scene . From the DJ who also handles the dishwasher to the creative minds in the kitchen, we work with great enthusiasm.
The idea for our hot dogs was born from memories of the best sausages we enjoyed at our grandpa’s place. With his butcher shop backing us up and inspired by his old recipes, we set out to reinterpret hot dogs and enrich his traditions with fresh ideas. But it doesn’t stop at hot dogs. Our curiosity and love for experimentation know no bounds when it comes to reimagining traditional South Tyrolean recipes. Traditional dumplings become carpaccio, South Tyrolean buckwheat turns into a muffin, and the carrot finds its place in bread for our vegetarian friends.

All dishes are homemade. The meat and sausage specialties come from our grandpa's family butcher shop, and the bread is from our local baker in town.
