Happened in 1740
The right to draw spring water granted to the building called Kelleramt (located where the town hall stands today).
In 1462, ruling lord Sigmund requested that a fountain be placed in front of his house (today's town hall); almost 400 years later, in 1861, the mayor dr. Gottlieb Putz appealed to the ancient right of this house, a right that had been reconfirmed in 1740/41.
