Residence Augschöll – Your Home in Rabland near Partschins Welcome to the Augschöll family! Our small, family-run business, managed with passion, is idyllically situated on the edge of the village of Rabland, nestled amidst forests and meadows – a wonderfully peaceful location that is also the perfect starting point for exploring the diverse South Tyrolean mountains and leisure activities. Accommodation: We offer six lovingly furnished apartments (40–62 m²) for 2 to 6 people – whether you're a couple, family, friends, or traveling solo, everyone will find the perfect home with us. All apartments are fully equipped with a separate kitchen, balcony or terrace, TV/satellite, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. We also offer our newly built, barrier-free holiday home "Meranith" for 2–6 people: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a large terrace, and a private garden. Garden & Outdoors: Our spacious, well-maintained garden with mature trees invites you to relax – in a hammock, on a sun lounger, or by the grill in our rustic wine barrel barbecue area. From the end of May to the beginning of September, our pool (approx. 130 cm deep) is available to all guests. Children will enjoy the trampoline, swings, and play equipment. Horses & Other Animals: Our family also includes three horses and two ponies, chickens, and ducks. Guests are welcome to participate in daily stable life. We offer guided horseback rides, allowing guests to explore the nearby forest. (No riding lessons; horses are on the alpine pasture from the end of June to the beginning of September.) Location & Activities: The village center with a grocery store, bank, pharmacy, and restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away. The Texelbahn cable car is a 10-minute walk. Whether you're interested in hiking in the Texel Group Nature Park, via ferrata climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, skiing, or cultural excursions to Merano – our location makes it all possible.
