Contact data:
Schulmeisterweg 6A
39020 Partschins / Parcines
CIN: IT021062C2M39QZV7G
Location plan:
The Frühmesserhaus (old ref. "Früemess") in the sunny village of Partschins near Merano/South Tyrol convinces with a combination of historical charm and modern design. High-quality, contemporary materials complement the centuries-old building of wood & stone.

The apartment with 56m2 consists of 2 historic bedrooms (vaulted & beamed ceilings), living room, kitchen and bathroom. The southeast terrace offers a fantastic view over the Merano valley basin - for cozy breakfasts and enchanting evenings.

The first written mention of the house dates back to the 14th century/late Gothic. The Früemess zu Partschins, since 1728 also called "Früemesswiden", was founded in 1470 by Anna Wittib Hansen Zollners auf der Töll. As a dwelling, after her departure, the Caplan of the Früemess was to "eternally hold and possess" her house and dwelling in Partschins. After that the house was thus in the possession of the church for over 500 years. Today you can now spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones in this unique atmosphere.
