Mix all the ingredients together and spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Bake at approx. 180° for approx. 25/30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into bite-sized pieces while still hot and leave to cool.
Our tip
You can also refine the Hausfreunde with chocolate icing or lemon icing.
