Outdoor back exercises

Outdoor back exercises combine fresh air with targeted exercises to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the back. It starts with simple warm-up exercises and then continues with targeted back-strengthening and stretching exercises. Natural elements can be used as training equipment. The session is rounded off with mobilisation and relaxation exercises, which not only improve your back but also your general well-being.
Approach
The Tourist Office Partschins/Parcines is located next to the Raiffeisenkasse bank.

From Meran/o: Bus to Partschins/Parcines (Busbahnhof/Autostazione) - follow the Via Gaudententurmstr. for approx. 200 m
From Vinschgau valley /Val Venosta: train to Töll/Tel – from there the Bus to Partschins/Parcines (Busbahnhof/Autostazione) - follow the Via Gaudententurmstr. for approx. 200 m

To bring along
Comfortable clothing appropriate for the temperatures. The event takes place outdoors!
Storno
In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is only possible if the cancellation is made within the registration period.

In case of rain or thunderstorms the event cannot take place. The participation fee will be refunded in full.
Additional info
A fitness an health trainer guides you through the training with instructions and exercises. Gymnastics mat and blanket are provided.
