General description
The "climatic terrain cure" is a specialized form of exercise therapy combining performance-adjusted workload, endurance training, outdoor activity and conscious landscape experience.
Individually paced walking strengthens the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, improves metabolism and supports prevention and overall health.
The "Terrainkur" trails in Partschins/Parcines have been certified by the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.

Texelbahn cable car – Merano High Mountain Trail Nr. 24 – Nasereit Hut – Merano High Mountain Trail Nr. 24 – Texelbahn cable car
From the Texelbahn cable car mountain station at Giggelberg, follow the Merano High Mountain Trail Nr. 24 eastwards to the Nasereit Hut.
The route alternates between soft forest paths and open meadow sections with moderate ascents. After a rest at the hut, return along the same trail to the cable car station.
