The new Südtirol Guest Pass enables holders to
use public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge and without restrictions.
On the day of your arrival you will be issued with a digital Südtirol Guest Pass, valid throughout the entire duration of your stay. You can either save the card in your smarphone or print itif you prefer so.
The card entitles you to
free public transport around South Tyrol on the following services:
- Regional trains in South Tyrol (Brenner/Brennero-Trento, Mals/Malles-Innichen/San Candido)
- Public buses (urban, suburban, citybus)
- Public cable cars (Burgstall/Postal-Vöran/Verano, Vilpian/Vilpiano-Mölten/Meltina, Bozen/Bolzano-Ritten/Renon, Bozen/Bolzano-Kohlern/Colle)
- Ritten/Renon railway, Mendel/Mendola funicular
- Swiss post bus Mals/Malles-Müstair
Important: Line 219 Lana–Pawigl is a private bus line with its own fares and is therefore not included in the Südtirol Guest Pass.
A single journey costs €3.00, while a return ticket costs €5.00. Guests staying overnight in Pawigl can purchase a 10-journey ticket for €20.00.
