Various traffic-free
Talradwege valley cycling tracks start from the center of Lana. The
Etschradroute valley cycling track starts at the Reschenpass mountain pass, winding through the Val Venosta/Vinschgau Valley to Merano/Meran and on to Bolzano/Bozen before heading south to Trento.
Suited to families with children, the flat
South Tyrol Wine Road (Südtioler Weinstraße) passes through apple orchards, picturesque villages and the two Montigglerseen lakes as well as the Kalterersee lake. The cycling track along the Falschauerdamm dam along the Falschauer river is shorter in length.
